Amy Winehouse Gives Civil-Feder The Old Heave-Ho!

17 months after their tumultuous marriage began, it would appear that Amy Winehouse has had enough of Blake Civil-Feder. Can I get an AMEN already?! It's about damn time. Here's hoping that this report from Britain's News of the World is actually true, because I think I am ready to do a snoopy dance of joy over this GREAT NEWS. Good riddance to bad rubbish. Now here's hoping she'll get back to the studio and record us another amazing record and get over him already. For real.

Amy Winehouse On House Arrest

No, not by the police...by her label. So...that means that this will probably be as useless as all her family's attempts at keeping Winehouse clean. Her label has her under watch in her home 24/7 and even has security outside her door to send away the skeezy.

"There is also a security guard stationed outside her house around the clock to vet any undesirables. From now on there'll be no more waifs and strays - or fans - coming into her place, wreaking havoc. Crucially, they don't want known drug dealers coming anywhere near her. Amy has to give them names of people expected. Anyone who turns up uninvited will be sent packing. It's for her own good."

Well here's hoping this does her some good, but frankly I doubt it will. Let her train wreck be a lesson for all you kiddies out there. DRUGS ARE BAD.

Amy Winehouse gave yet another disastrous performance this weekend, and aside from getting booed on stage she also PUNCHED a fan in the audience. Watch the beautiful tragicness ensue below. At least she re-checked into the hospital on Sunday...she knows she's a hot mess and in some need of SERIOUS help. Gotta love CRAZY!

Amy Winehouse managed to pull it together for the Nelsen Mandela concert last night, but as you can see...it was such a hot mess.

All's Not Well In The House Of Wine

Amy Winehouse is still in the hospital, and all's not well. Her doctor's have released her diagnosis which was earlier reported as a "severe lung infection" is actually Emphysema.

Amy's father, Mitch Winehouse, released the following statement:

"The doctors have told her if she goes back to smoking drugs it won't just ruin her voice, it will kill her. The doctors have said that if she had continued the way she was going she could have ended up an invalid — she wouldn't have been able to breathe. She's got emphysema. It's in its early stages, but had it gone on for another month they painted a very vivid picture of her sitting there like an old person with a mask on her face struggling to breathe. With smoking the crack cocaine and the cigarettes, her lungs are all gunked up. There are nodules around the chest and dark marks. She's got 70 percent lung capacity. If she doesn't go back to drugs, then she can lead this magnificent life. We are praying that that's what Amy really wants. She seems resolute."

Remember that wake-up call I was mentioning before? Well, this would be it darlin'.

**Update 6/24/08: Amy doesn't have emphysema...apparently it was an over-statement made by her worried father, or so says her spokesperson. She was released from the hospital yesterday, and was photographed shopping and smoking. Hrmmm...doesn't sound like she's gonna let a little thing like her lungs get in the way of her having a good time. So how long 'til she kicks the bucket?**

Amy Winehouse Hospitalized

We've been following this story for a few days now, and are very relieved to hear that Amy Winehouse does not have TB as other sources have reported. Amy is however in a bad way with a nasty chest infection, as well as a very irregular heartbeat. This could be a result of her severe drug abuse and her years long battle with eating disorders.

A close friend told The Sun "Amy is in a bad way. Doctors are still struggling to control her heartbeat but the chest condition has been really worrying them." Another source is quoted saying, "Things sound really bad, but at least now they have found something specific it will be easier to keep her in hospital and free from drugs."

Winehouse is undergoing more testing so that doctors can decide if she will be able to keep her scheduled upcoming performances later this month...but who knows. Her rep says, "She would really love to do the show, she always wants to do these things. But she will listen to her doctors."

How many wake-up calls does Winehouse need?! Geeze! Here's hoping that this whole heart thing is enough to scare the drugs out of her. Then again nothing else convinced her...not even her label threatening to drop her earlier this year, so it's doubtful that a little thing like her health will stop her from snorting or smoking it up. Such a tragedy for such a wonderful talent to be so self destructive. So-so sad.

Amy Winehouse Strikes Again!

Amy perform sober? Surely you jest! The singer was reportedly paid $2 MILLION an hour to perform at the opening of an art gallery in Moscow Russia. Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich offered the cracked out Grammy winner that much to give a quick show Thursday night.

Amy's people got her on the plane, but by the time she made it to Russia, Amy was in no shape to perform according to sources. Sadly, the party organizers couldn't send Amy packing back to London as there wasn't enough time to find a replacement singer. (Note to Russian billionaires: We would totally do it with less than 24 hours notice...and do kart-wheels...and be SOBER...while we sang with a HUMONGOUS smile for $2 Million an hour!)

Winehouse was due on stage at 10:30 pm. It took 2 hours for her people to pull her together enough to strut out at 12:30! (Note to Billionaire: We'd be on time too) To make things worse, she was wabbling around, puffing smokes, and at one point flung her lighter out into the audience! Then she tugged her little dress and gave a peep show to everyone on the front row...revealing she wasn't wearing underwear. Crackhead vag...eww!

I hope she was worth that 2 million Mr. Abramovich, sounds like you got a bit more than you bargained for.

That's right Amy...Crack is WACK!

Universal has given Amy Winehouse an ultimatum, either get clean...or no new record release. Amy Winehouse's 3rd studio effort was scheduled to be out in 2009, however if miss thing can't keep her nose clean (literally) her record label plans on pulling the plug. No record release means no money for her and, the currently incarcerated hubby, Blake to buy more DRUGS.

This is not the first time Universal has made this threat either. Earlier this year Universal's European head Lucian Grainge made a similar threat and got Amy in rehab. That was back when those nasty pictures and video of Miz Winehouse smoking crack were floating around. However, if you've been keeping up with Amy since her stint in rehab you know she's fallen back to her old ways again. So sad....so-so sad.

An insider reports that Universal stepped up again to remind her of their deal. They say, "Amy has been reminded of her responsibilities. Unless she is clean she will not be allowed to release another album. She took notice when Lucian talked to her earlier in the year and agreed to go to rehab. But she didn’t take it seriously enough."

Here's hoping that will shake Amy Winehouse straight, and BEFORE her pusher husband gets out of prison because we all know if Blake's out to play the whole shit-n-sha-bang is off. Here's hoping too that Amy gets clean and makes that 3rd album, hell at the rate she's going here's hoping she's living to make a 3rd album.

I have to say, well done to the photographer and stylist for this shoot. Amy looks amazing...except for...well, I gotta ask. How bad did ripping that electrical tape off your boobies hurt? Because, it just looks like OWW!!
